I received the Journey Gym to review. I got this pretty fast and was anxious to give it a try. I have been workin on losing weight this year so figured this could help me out. Well first off it is a bit heavy but once you see all thats inside of it you kinda understand more why but I would say someone like my mom who has carpel tunnel can't carry it well or people with bad wrists like me because I had a bit of trouble carrying it from room to room so you might want to have someone with better wrists carry this. As for I sat down and watched the video on how to use this and it tells you how to set it up and everything so I did what it said. I let my mom try this cause she is 230lbs and when she stepped up on it with her full weight it creaked so badly and seriously I was afraid for her to use it but I stood behind to support her if she fell. It was harder for her to use cause of carpel tunnel so then I decided maybe I should try although I was sure it wouldn't like my weight if it creaked so bad on her. Well I'm not gonna lie I'm plus size and although I'm not giving my weight away I'm over 250lbs and when I stepped up on the step of it, the journey gym buckled and almost broke yeah so as you can see somewhat the people that need to use this the most are the over weight people yet it won't hold their weight. The legs popped off from underneath and it cracked in the middle from the plastic case and that was not even puttin all my weight on it and I sure didn't want to end up on my butt. So although this may be good for people who are under 200lbs I really think this is not a good exercise for people who are over 200lbs because its not worth getting hurt on it says its good up to 350lbs on their site but I just don't see that bein true. I tried using it still with puttin one leg on the step to hold it in place while I still used the bands and that almost broke them because they have slots they have to fit in and if you pull them from any direction except up straight it pops them out and its a pain to get them back in. I'm not sayin this isn't a good product I'm just saying its not good for plus size people plus it seems more like a cardio workout to tone yourself after you lose the weight not a way to actually just lose the weight itself. So if you decide to check it out anyways or your smaller then get yourself a Journey Gym today it is definitely a cheaper alternative to bigger machines and portable.

I received the gym shown above and no other payment for this. The above is my opinion of the product only and may not be agreed upon by everyone. Facebook is not in anyway connected to this review.

It sounds pretty neat though - I would love to give something like this a try.
