I received the Heart Chakra Pillow from Gurutej to review. I got this in the mail fast and I mainly got this for my mom more than anything. My mom stresses about everything to the extreme and can barely even get a good nights sleep so I thought something that might sooth her and may relieve some stress would be trying out a chakra pillow. My mom wasn't sure when we got it but figured she had nothing to lose. It tells you to warm up or put in the freezer my mom decided warm compresses felt the best to her. So she popped in the microwave flowing the directions and put it under her like it said to and she said within a matter of minutes she peacefully fell asleep. She said it is so strange because the combination of the smell of the Lavender and Chamomile, the warmth as well made her feel stress free and relaxed. She said when she woke up the next day she felt more refreshed than she has in a very long time. Now she sleeps with this on those very stressful days when she has had a bad day and she just can't sleep or stop worrying about things. Every night she lays with this though she sleeps like a baby stress free. Now my mom loves this pillow and we recommend if you have trouble sleeping or are very stressed then try one of these chakra pillows from Gurutej and lets your stress melt away.
