Soda Stream Review & Giveaway (Closed)

I received from Soda Stream everything I needed to get started making my own soda from home. I got a soda maker, a carbonator, (2)1 liter bottles and several drink mixes. The flavors I received first were Diet Cola, Diet Ginger Ale, Orange, Diet Root Beer, Energy, Diet Cranberry-Raspberry, Diet Lemonade, & Diet Lemon Lime. These were all great and all and I tried some but not a real big diet drinker by far. Think the orange was the best of these flavors. So I contacted the company and asked them if they had anything besides Diet drinks and they told me they would get some out to me of the kinds of drinks I drink. So the other day I received Cream Soda, Root Beer, Cola, & Mountain Mist, this company shipped it out within 3 days max so I was happy bout that. So far the customer service experience has been pretty good as well and they even plainly say on there site your guaranteed, don't know about ya'll but not alot of companies care that much about there customers now days.


Anyways me and my family tried these non diet drinks and I'll admit at first I was very skeptical that it could even come close to what I buy in the store, but seriously there pretty darn good. The machine isn't hard to use at all and its made more durable than I thought it would be. I sat down on the floor and read all the instructions before using and sometimes it even says like when you put the carbonation in push down firmly till you hear a buzzing sound and trust me feels like your gonna break the thing but you won't I promise I thought so too but its made tough. They have all kinds of flavors and there machines even come in all colors and such too. It's green friendly so you can stop all the clutter from bringing home all those bottles and cans which is always great, I know I really hate dragging all the sodas home and then dragging through the house as well.


This product also taste good with less sugar than traditional sodas, the diet is even used with splenda in it. I suggest anyone to use this though like it says in the instructions get you some water put in the bottle to the line indicated on the bottle then pop it in the fridge for a couple hours so its nice and cold then pull it out carbonate and put your syrup in and nice cold beverage awaits. I do want to share with others things I tried to over look, it says turn bottle side ways some when pouring in syrup this is not in the directions for no reason we tried not doin it and soda spewed every where..lol ha ha our fault. Now I would say this is a great product if you have great water in your home, if you don't you would probably need to buy spring water but even thats cheap. Well I hope everyone who tries this enjoys it as much as my family does. Oh a bit of info they even say on the site: Each bottle of sodamix makes about 12 liters of soda (about 33 cans!) for around 25 cents per 12-ounce can.
