I received the Elite Chef Black Ceramic 3-Piece Knife Set from Ozeri to review. I have enjoyed getting the chance to work with this great company and was so happy to do so again. I saw this knife set right away and knew I needed some better knives. I have heard alot of good things about ceramic knives but never owned one before. I got these fast and I have to say from the moment i opened the box I was astonished in how nice they really look. So sleek and elegant as well as bein a knife. I never imagined a knife set so nice looking almost makes me want to redo my kitchen around them. Anyways I decided to try them out it says they are sharp so I cut up many different things like onions, and pork chops and it cuts so smoothly through them all. It doesn't hesitate like alot of knives do and its such a smooth cut whatever your cutting has no ridges and stuff. I love that the handles are a nice fit in my hand so it makes cutting so much easier. With the handle soft and not ridged like some knife handles makes it comfortable to hold for long periods of time. They wash up very easily and shine and are just as nice as they were out of the box once clean. All I can say about getting your very own Elite Chef Black Ceramic 3-Piece Knife Set is I recommend it and be careful not to cut yourself cause these are the best knives I have ever owned.
