The Complete Idiot’s Guide For Dummies Challenge Review

This was not a typical review more like a versus situation brought to you by The Complete Idiot’s Guide For Dummies Challenge. I chose to get the two books The Complete Idiot’s Guide Glycemic Index Cookbook vs. Glycemic Index Cookbook For Dummies so my mom could review it with her bein diabetic. I thought this would be great for her to learn about meals that she might could fix that wouldn't effect her sugar as much as just regular meals. You will see the video below she put into terms what she liked and what she didn't like. I'm not an expert on diabetic stuff so in my opinion my review just wouldn't hold up as nice as hers does. You will see the picture below of all we received and she read through both books before we did the video review of them. She loved having the highlighter so she could mark the meals she wanted to try first. I did learn alot from my moms thoughts and she has tried several of her favorite recipes in the book since having them. Although she is more partial to the The Complete Idiot’s Guide Glycemic Index Cookbook she has tried a few from both books. She finds the dummies book to be a little more difficult to use and although it has pictures of the meal in the end its not through out the book. So hope you enjoy the video and our take on The Complete Idiot’s Guide For Dummies Challenge.
