1800 Flowers.com Review & Giveaway(Closed)

I received the bouquet of "Elegant Wishes" from 1-800 Flowers.com to review. Well upfront I knew alot about this company well at least I thought I did just from seeing it on tv and hear people talking about it until I got to work with them. Well this is where it started first off I was trying to figure out how they got the flowers to you so fresh well this is what I didn't know they contact your local florists some work with them some don't so they contact them and pass on the arrangement you want and they take care of the rest. Now I had some problems in the beginning sadly on my local florists part and they thought they should bring me whatever who knows I don't blame 1-800 Flowers for this whatsoever I live in a small area and half the businesses here ain't worth much anyways. I was happy to receive another set because come to find out they were out of what they needed for the one bouquet so I chose the Elegant Wishes and it was just so beautiful completely made me light up from how beautiful they were. 1-800 Flowers.com is so concerned about how to fix your problems so caring about that and I loved that cause when I had the problem they were right there, and each time I received my flowers pretty fast withing the next day or so. Although in the beginning I had some problems I would still recommend 1-800 Flowers.com to anyone for there wonderful customer service alone you just don't find that much these days anymore. I'm so happy to have these beautiful flowers in my home now thanks to them.
