Camping Season

Well its that time of year again where the mosquitoes are biting, the air is warm, the kids are out of school and a great time to take the whole family and go camping. I have never been the type to like camping much because of all the bugs but a couple years ago I went out and bout us a couple Camping tents so we could enjoy camping season. Although so far we have not been camping with them yet, all they have done is sit in the closet and collect dust, I'm thinking about going this year. Its a great alternative to just going to the beach, you can make a whole family vacation on going somewhere having cookouts, and setting up the Camping tents and enjoying the wildlife. I know most people go camping sometime in there childhood but not me never been when I was young, none of my family took us when we were younger at all. The one and only time I have ever been is when me and my husband were homeless and we lived out of Camping tents in the woods to survive and have a somewhat roof over our heads. I remember those days weren't the best so I guess that's why I have really avoided camping. But its been about 8 years since all that happened so guess its time to let the past go and give it a shot. Might collect some of my friends together and have them get them some outdoor clothes and we go half and half on the food. It might be a great experience sit around the fire cooking marsh mellows over a lit fire and telling ghost stories. After we're all scared to death from the stories head back to our own Camping tents and call it a night. Great times to look forward to.
